3.15. Replacement of laying of an inlet pipe and final collector
We merge cooling liquid (see. "Replacement of cooling liquid on the car with the VAZ-2106 engine").
We remove the carburetor (see. "Removal of the carburetor").
We remove a corrugated hose from a branch pipe of a zabornik of the warmed-up air.
Having weakened a collar of fastening of a hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes, we remove a hose from the union of an inlet pipe.
Also having weakened a fastening collar, we disconnect a hose of removal of cooling liquid from the union of an inlet pipe.
We pick up from the union of an inlet pipe the depression supply phone to the EPHH system electropneumatic valve.
Cap key "on 13" we turn off a nut of fastening of a forward eye of the engine...
. also we remove an eye.
Key "on 13" we turn off a nut of the top fastening of a zabornik of the warmed-up air...
... and nut of the lower fastening.
We remove a zabornik of the warmed-up air.
By head "on 13" with the extender it is turned off five general nuts of fastening of an inlet pipe and a final collector.
We remove an inlet pipe from hairpins of a head of the block of cylinders.
Key "on 13" we turn off two nuts of fastening of the heat-shielding screen of a starter to a final collector...
... and a key "on 10" - a bolt of fastening of the screen to an arm of the right support of the power unit.
We remove the heat-shielding screen.
We disconnect a reception pipe from a final collector (see. "Removal of a reception pipe on the car with the VAZ-2106 engine").
Key "on 13" we turn off two extreme nuts of fastening (on one from each party) a final collector.
We allocate for Passatizhami an arm of fastening of the taking-away heater radiator tube from a final collector.
We remove a final collector...
... and sealing laying of an inlet pipe and a final collector (it consists of two parts).
Before installation of a final collector and an inlet pipe we clear their privalenny planes, and also the privalenny plane of a head of the block of cylinders of a deposit and the remains of old laying. We grease new laying with a thin layer of sealant in a zone of openings under channels of the cooling system and we establish the removed details in the return sequence. We apply graphite lubricant on a carving of hairpins.
