4.14. Removal of a radiator on the car with the engine UEPA-331

We perform work on the cold engine.

We merge cooling liquid (see. "Replacement of cooling liquid on the car with the engine UEPA-331").

We weaken a collar of fastening of a steam discharge tube to a radiator branch pipe...

... and it is careful not to break off the plastic union of a radiator, we disconnect from it a tube.

We disconnect a block of a plait of wires of power supply of the electric fan of the cooling system.

We disconnect wires from the sensor of turning on of the electric fan (see. "Removal of the sensor of turning on of the electric fan on the car with the engine UEPA-331"). We weaken the screw of a collar of fastening of the top (bringing) radiator hose...

... also we remove a hose from a radiator branch pipe.

We weaken the screw of a collar of fastening of the lower (taking-away) radiator hose...

... and also we remove a hose from a radiator branch pipe.

Head "on 10" we turn off two nuts of the top fastening of a casing of the electric fan to a body front arm.

We remove a fastening plate.

This plate serves also as an element of the top fastening of a radiator.

We take out a radiator together with the electric fan and its casing.

Cap key "on 10" we turn off bolts of fastening of a casing of the electric fan to arms of tanks of a radiator: two at the left...

... and one on the right.

We remove a casing assembled with the electric fan.

We establish a radiator in the return sequence, trying not to damage its plates about a detail of the engine and a body. We fill system with cooling liquid.
